Enhanced Mobility

Our iPad app gives secure access to all credit and collateral documents for the lender, loan assistant, or inspector. The iPad simply needs an available LTE or WIFI signal to receive access. If the iPad is lost or stolen the home office can remove the iPad from the trusted list immediately. No communication will be allowed unless reinstated.

Eliminate Paper

PDF docs, Word docs, Excel spreadsheets, photos, and input from paperless loan origination systems are supported. This information is properly imported into the system and then immediately available to a Windows desktop, Internet Explorer Browser, or now an iPad in the bank or in the field.

Track Anything

Banks ranging in size from local community banks to some of the nation’s largest banks use LQAS daily to track all credit, collateral and deposit related documents. One customer is tacking thousands of documents on one note. LQAS can track over 1,200 real estate tracts, 1,200 aircraft and 1,200 boats on one note.

Save Time

Our document imaging method is the most efficient in the industry. Retrieval times of a multi state bank is one second or less to any location. Reports that could take hours to compile manually take seconds. Some clients use the system for board reporting and claim preparation time is cut in half. We have used LQAS for the fact gathering phase of a Loan Review project (80% of the entire job) in two minutes. This cuts review time well over half the first time it is used. Future reviews are conducted with an additional 50 percent reduction due to additional efficiencies in document review.
